One of those days

iceminkIt smells like wet dog in my apartment, and I don't know why. I don't have a dog, wet or otherwise. Sort of goes with day I've been having.
Actually my day started off pretty great. I got hit over the head with a plot bunny, and wrote an almost 3000 word Spangle PWP this morning. Then of course I heard the bad new about what happened at Virginia Tech, which certainly didn't make for a great day. Atlhough, it also makes me realize all my problems are petty and small.
And work sucked tonight. I did awfully. I didn't do all that great on Friday night either, and my supervisor suggested that she work with me again and re-train me. That's actually not a bad thing, in fact one of the best things about my job is that they are always encouraging you to do better, and training you so that you actually will do better.
But because of the writing and then the bad news this morning, I forgot to set up my TiVO to record Drive. Hopefully Fox will have it available online tomorrow, because it doesn't look like they are going to rerun tonight's episode any time soon.
