Me update

First of all Happy birthday to ladyforash.

I feel like I missed someone else's birthday in this last week but I can't figure out whose. So if I did miss your birthday I'm really sorry.

Anyway as you can all see I haven't been as good about keeping up with both my LJ and my writing as I'd meant to. Hopefully by next week my new job will have settled down and I'll have a real schedule so that I can get a couple chapters out. I feel even worse because both my stories Freedom and Possession have been nominated at the _fool_for_love_ awards. So a big thanks to whomever nominated me, especially considering Possession only has three chapters out.

Actually I have been doing some writing, it just hasn't been Spuffy. I've been writing over at the wickedverse which is an RPG based on the Buffyverse. With the help of the amazing eurydice72 I'm developing a new OTP. Sparla! I'm not really sure what pretty muse convinced me to choose Darla as my character, but the more I play around with her, the more I love her. I know, it sounds odd, but honestly you should go check out our thread.

So that's it. Like a said before in a week or so my life should settle back down and I should have new chapters. Until then I hope all of you are well.

Color me just as shocked as you, hon! I swear, the possibilities of Sparla in the WV have me all in knots considering. There's just so much potential, especially with how you're playing Darla. Your last post about the picture? Oh. My. God. I got a threatening message from lawyergirl15 saying that if Angel ever sees that picture, Spike's a dead vamp, lol.

Have I mentioned yet how blown away I am by your Darla? If I have, it's not enough. You've given her incredible depth, which just makes it a joy to write opposite. I'm having *so* much fun writing with you. Of course, it would be nice if Spike didn't over-react to every little thing Darla says, but hey, he's a sensitive sort. ;) It makes the possibility even that much more bittersweet.
