First off, Happy belated Birthday Mandi!

Oh, and happy birthday to anyone else on my flist that I missed over the past two months. Sorry I've been so scarce, life's been a little hectic.

Long, not all that interesting story short, I've been trying to figure out what to do with my life since I'll be done with school at the end of next month.

In any case, I fully intend to get back to writing. My first goal is to write a story for 12monthsofBtVS since this month is Faith. She's always been one of my favorite characters, and in fact was the character that first got me watching Buffy.

After that I want to finish up NTF. I think I'm about 5 chapters from being done, although considering the way I write, another subplot may jump out before I finish tying up the ones I already have.

FBP I'm afraid is on the back burner for now. I'm just not in the right place at the moment to work on it.

There's also a totally new story I'm really thinking of starting on. I'm very excited about the idea right now, but I'd need to find someone to beta it. Normally I use the fabulous megan_peta as a beta, but I know she doesn't like the type of story this would be.

I'm also thinking of going back to my first story Needy, and writing a sequel. I always felt that there was more to write there, and several people have asked for a sequel.

So hopefully there will be some new posts from me soon. And sorry for just vanishing.

For purely selfish reasons, I'm glad to hear you are back and writing. Don't quite know how to beta, but willing to try.

Thanks, and nothing wrong with selfish reasons. Hopefully I'll have the next chapter of NTF up in about a week. As for the beta thing, the biggest thing I need is someone to catch me when I put down the wrong their or to. I actually do know which one goes where, but my fingers don't always pay attention, and when I reread my work (or anybody else's for that matter) I never notice those mistakes. I also use commas. . . um creatively. Other help, like does the plot make sense, which direction should I go, improvements to wording etc. are always appreciated, but I can live without. If you're interested let me know, other wise once I've gotten a couple chapters of NTF under my belt and am ready to start seriously writing the new story, I'll hit sites like the bloodshedverse and look for another beta.

Ohh, just went and checked it out. Thanks much they're very pretty. Later this week I'll add them to my site. It's kind of funny, I was looking at the icon first, and only seeing the banner out of the corner of my eye, and I thought, 'why is there only one Spike and two Rileys'. Then I realized the second Riley was actually Angel. Next I thought of Megan's new story where Spike describes Riley as an Angel clone. He really kind of is isn't he.

Anyway, really love them. The best thing is that it's not an image I would have ever thought of for my story, but it fits absolutely.
