Great insight into the complications of all those Slayers...yes the word would have lots of homes and countries where that just would not work well for anyone (I always wondered at the pictured new Slayer who was clearly being abused...perfect situation for all that new power to lead to a death!).
Buffy is one lost soul. All that swimming in the Nile has left her not knowing who she is or what she wants. She needs to learn who Buffy is and what Buffy wants. That "normal" was first suggested by her mom (who wanted her to just stop being the Slayer she understood so little) and Angel who used it as an excuse to leave her behind. She embraced it as a worthy goal without even wondering for a moment what she wanted. Time for a bit of baking.
