I enjoyed being in Buffy's head during all her interactions with Spike. She's brimming with emotion and not wanting to step wrong that it's no wonder Spike is left wondering how to react.
Spike's hopefulness in his last moments, looking at Buffy in the sun and wondering about a life together was lovely, even though we all know what's really coming round the bend.
